Coming up this weekend (5/1) from our friends to the Southwest, the Dubuque Phlockers present One Particular Harbour 2010 at the Grand River Center in Dubuque on May 1st, 2010.
Party with a purpose to the music of A Pirate Over 50, Steve Cavanaugh, and The Cedar Island Band, proceeds benefit Camp Albrecht Acres.
