The December Happy Hour is at 6:30 on Friday, December 3rd at Talula, 802 Atlas Ave in Madison (near the intersection of Cottage Grove Rd and Stoughton Rd). Chuck Bayuk plays at 6:30, so that's the official start, but some of us will probably be there earlier to secure tables!
Come on down for some Buffett covers and other good music from Chuck and a good time with friends!

Our next monthly meeting is coming up in a week! We're meeting at 7PM on November 24th at Angelo's in Monona (5801 Monona Dr).
We'll be voting for the new board members - the slate is coming out via email to all members in good standing! We'll also be voting on our new meeting location (Angelo's, Talulah, or Vintage.)
There will be a social half-hour at 7:00, followed by the meeting at 7:30.
All members and prospective members are welcome to attend! (But only members in good standing may vote!)
The 2010 Pirate Pub Plunder is this Friday!
$10 to join in the fun (and get beads and badge that you're part of our group in case your piratey attire doesn't make it obvious enough) - which goes to support the Dane County Humane Society! Of course, people will also ask us why we're dressed and drinking like pirates, in which case we'll collect even more donations. Some of the specials below are the normal bar specials, but others are just for people with our beads and badges!
Scott Kirby is playing the Brink Lounge (the old "Buy and Sell" shop on East Washington at Blount Street, downstairs from The High Noon Saloon and The Brass Ring) on Sunday, November 21st at 7:30PM!

We'll be meeting a bit early this month to try to get in before the hockey crowd! Jon (and probably Maureen and Biz) will be there around 5PM in the downstairs bar.
